Do you have a return policy?

Yep, What's Scrappening offers a 30 day money back guarantee! If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we will refund the purchase price. Simply return the unopened and undamaged product to What's Scrappening.com, and we will refund the purchase price of the item. To qualify, you must return the items undamaged and unopened within 30 days. We do not refund shipping fees.

Do you have a buyers reward program?

Yep. We keep track of every dollar you spend for you! No need for you to keep up with punch cards! For every $20 you spend (before taxes and shipping) you get $1 off your next order!

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

If you live in Oklahoma or you are having your order shipped to an address in Oklahoma you'll have to pay taxes.

How do I get a hold of you?

Do you have a referral program?

Yep, sure do! All you have to do is during your checkout in the notes section just tell us who referred you by typing in their name. When we see that we just go in and add points to their frequent shopper program for them to use when they'd like to! You can really rack up those points the more people you refer! 

How is my stuff being shipped?

All of your items will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail. We have a shipping cost chart based on the total amount spent so you can see the costs, unless something that you order has an additional shipping fee which will be noted by that item before checking out! No nasty surprises here!

Do you all have a newsletter?

Oh yes we sure do! You can sign up at the top of our store page where it says newsletter…or when you purchase your first item you can chose to sign up then. Now, I know what you're thinking, great more junk mail in my email inbox…not really! We'll be adding some great ideas, great tips and more importantly coupon codes inside our newsletters. Only subscribers get those coupon codes to use for that month! Plus you get fun emails from us, what could be better?!

Do you take special orders?

We will be happy to take any emails or suggestions on what you'd like to see, since this is YOUR store. Any time we get a special request we will research that and see what we can do for you and let you know as soon as possible! Even if it's just one type of brad you're looking for, let us know!
